Hi there! We are Hannah and Drew Mioton and we are the owners of Lakeside Subs in Lago Vista, Texas! Before opening Lakeside Subs Hannah grew up in Ethiopia and then attended Texas A&M where she then became a first grade teacher. Drew was in medical sales and is an Austinite raised in Leander. We opened Lakeside Subs in July of 2021 when we moved to Lago Vista and saw a need for a fast casual restaurant with quality ingredients, healthy options, and consistent hours. We never could have anticipated the amount of support we've received from the Lago Vista community.  We both have a huge passion for food and have worked hard to develop some amazing sandwiches and a positive work culture that we feel is reflected by our amazing staff. After opening Lakeside Subs we saw another need in Lago Vista. A need for a place for people to gather, watch sports, and get to know the people in their community.
